Dr. Yoo was extremely thorough, gentle, and professional. She took the time to explain the process, made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure, and showed genuine concern for my well-being. Deep cleanings can be uncomfortable, but she handled everything with such care that it made the experience much easier than I expected. The entire staff was equally outstanding. From the front desk to the assistants, everyone was welcoming, respectful, and attentive. I felt valued and well taken care of from the moment I walked in. I had such a great experience with Dr. Yoo and Sherry! They are kind, thorough, and genuinely caring. I had a cleaning and a crown done, and they made me feel comfortable every step of the way. They carefully checked my gum health and other things you don’t normally get at just any dentist, which really showed how detailed and attentive they are. They’re also wonderful with children and make the whole experience easy and stress-free for families. You can truly tell they care about their patients. I highly recommend them!
